Serving Wisconsin, Illinois, and the Midwest Region Since 1983
Here is where I found the joy I had been looking for.
I’m healed from drug addiction. My relationships have
been restored and now I am truly excited for my future.
We know facing life-controlling problems such as drug and alcohol addictions are incredibly difficult. That’s why our proven residential rehabilitation program helps our students become established in society through holistic recovery, mentoring, education, and job training.

The Great Lakes Men’s Rehab Center of Hope is considered one of the top Adult & Teen Challenge facilities in the United States.
The property consists of the Don Wilkerson Memorial Chapel, the Center of Hope Men’s Dorm, the White House Administrative Building, an eight-unit staff housing building, and a full-service vehicle facility.
We can help you take back control over your life and find freedom in living within established boundaries.
God has a much greater purpose for you than coping with addiction, and our drug and alcohol recovery center can help you become the responsible leader you were always meant to be.
Great Lakes Men’s Rehab is part of Teen Challenge which was founded in 1958 by Pastor David Wilkerson who began ministering to drug addicts and gang members.
We commit to working with individuals in our program for a full year, not a few weeks or months.
Enrollment in our addiction and alcoholism centers for men is affordable because of generous gifts from the community.
“To change people who have addictions like this, you cannot just do it by walking them through a program. You ultimately have to change what is in their heart to change what other actions they do. This is a program that has shown great success.”
“During this last year the Lord has helped me immensely. I am rebuilding my life in Christ. I graduated last month and will be entering Brooklyn Teen Challenge School of Ministry in October. Thank you for supporting Great Lakes Men’s Rehab! Your support helps those struggling with addiction find freedom.”
“When all is lost, there’s still one thing left, and that’s Teen Challenge…that’s why I’ve been committed to the program. I don’t think all hope is lost in life as long as people are willing to get together and do what it takes to do the right thing…”
“When I founded Teen Challenge 40 years ago, I had no idea that God would multiply this movement around the world! From the beginning, my vision has been to introduce troubled young people to Jesus Christ, and then get them back on the streets witnessing for the Lord. Today, God is raising up a mighty army of Spirit-filled soul-winners and evangelists – out of former drug addicts and gang members! But we must have help to continue. The problems we see today are much worse than what I encountered in New York in 1958. I pray you will stand with us in prayer and support.”
“Adult & Teen Challenge has a far better record of dealing with people in difficulty than do the bureaucrats.”
“Teen Challenge is the oldest one of the most effective ongoing programs of its kind in America. Not only does Teen Challenge help our young people deal with substance abuse, but it also gives our kids something to live for, a relationship with God, a healthy self-esteem – direction in their lives that finally leads somewhere.”
“Adult & Teen Challenge is one of the most successful programs in our country.”
“I’ve believed in this ministry since it’s very beginning, and I continue to support it. I consider it a real privilege to endorse this work. Thank God for Teen Challenge!”
“Thank you for ministering the gifts of mercy and servanthood at our service last Sunday. Teen Challenge is truly a Good Samaritan’s ministry and very close to my – and Parklawn Assembly of God’s – heart and vision.”
“With the deterioration of society, Teen Challenge has become one of the most important arms of the church to this generation.”
“Adult and Teen Challenge offers hope and restoration to individuals.”
“A government funded research project concluded that Adult and Teen Challenge has the highest success rate for substance abuse.”
